Description

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency and cost control.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and construction teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress.
  • Work closely with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

Profile

A successful Assistant VP of Construction should have:

  • A strong background in construction management, including experience with large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and stakeholders.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
