Legal Recruiting Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Recruiting Assistant to support the Legal Recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in legal recruiting within a fast-paced, high-caliber law firm environment.

Description
Assist with the planning and execution of the summer associate program and on-campus recruiting (OCI)
Schedule interviews and maintain accurate records in recruiting databases
Assist with candidate communications, offer letters, and follow-ups
Support event planning, including law school receptions, office visits, and onboarding sessions
Maintain relationships with law schools, vendors, and internal departments
Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
Profile
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years of administrative or recruiting experience preferred (law firm experience a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with viRecruit or LawCruit a plus
Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential
