Project Types : Distribution centers, warehouses, charter schools & multifamily

Yearly Revenue : $200M

Description

• Mostly be in the office but will need to travel to job sites 1-2 days every other week.
• Lead and manage the entire project process from conception to completion, including both ground-up construction and interior fit-out phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met in a timely manner.
• Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and proactively resolve issues that may arise during construction.
• Supervise and guide project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring high levels of performance and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant laws and standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience
• Commercial Projects
• Design build experience is required
• manage over 5 , $8M projects simultaneously as a Project Manager
• Willing to travel 1-2 days every other week

Job Offer

• 100-130K base salary
• 3-4 weeks PTO
• Bonus potential 10-15%
• 401k match of 4%
• $600 / month vehicle allowance
