Description

• Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for all stages of construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure comprehensive estimates.
• Monitor and manage budgets, track changes, and provide regular updates on project cost status.
• Review contracts and proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives and budgets.
• Lead the preparation of bid documents and cost analysis for competitive bids.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to deliver accurate forecasts.

Profile

• At least 7 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in corporate interiors, infrastructure, or retail projects.
• Proven ability to produce detailed, accurate cost estimates and manage complex budgets.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
