Construction Senior Estimator - Manhattan, NY
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in accurately assessing project costs, preparing detailed estimates, and ensuring that projects are financially viable from start to finish. This is a key position in a growing firm where your expertise will directly influence the success of high-value construction projects in diverse sectors, including corporate offices, infrastructure, and retail.

Description
- Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for all stages of construction projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor, material, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure comprehensive estimates.
- Monitor and manage budgets, track changes, and provide regular updates on project cost status.
- Review contracts and proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives and budgets.
- Lead the preparation of bid documents and cost analysis for competitive bids.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to deliver accurate forecasts.
Profile
- At least 7 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in corporate interiors, infrastructure, or retail projects.
- Proven ability to produce detailed, accurate cost estimates and manage complex budgets.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
