Drywall Foreman/Superintendent - Norfolk VA - Commercial
Our client is seeking a Drywall Foreman / Superintendent to oversee two upcoming drywall projects in the Norfolk area. This role will be responsible for leading drywall field operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Oversee drywall field operations on active projects from start to completion
Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite activities
Review, interpret, and apply contract guidelines, specifications, scope of work, plans, drawings, and project milestones
Ensure projects meet quality standards, productivity goals, and schedule requirements
Analyze labor requirements, materials, and production expectations for drywall scopes
Monitor productivity rates and adjust manpower as needed to meet deadlines
Coordinate with project management on scheduling, logistics, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Profile
3-5+ years of construction field leadership experience (Foreman or Superintendent level preferred)
Drywall experience strongly preferred
Experience managing crews and coordinating jobsite operations
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
Job Offer
Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
