Description

• Communicate clear project objectives to the Project participants, and accurately evaluate status and progress.
• Overall financial responsible for the profitability of the project, on-time schedule completion, quality of work installed, and safety culture on the jobsite.
• Effective change order management for subcontracts and owner contract.
• Forecasting of all project costs.
• Reporting of project progress with regard to budget, schedule.

Profile

• 5+ years of commercial commercial construction superintendent experience
• Project pre-planning to include staffing, status meetings to discuss strategy
• Overall construction process
• Experience with Plan Takeoffs, Quanity Analysis, Estimating
