Description

  • Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
  • Lead job-site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other key personnel, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and leadership to develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and site logistics plans.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Utilize construction management software to track project progress and facilitate document control. Experience with CMiC and Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Lead safety initiatives and enforce adherence to safety protocols on the job site.
  • Manage quality control efforts, ensuring project deliverables meet high standards of excellence

Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects ($50M+).
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, including LEED certification applications.
  • Proficiency with construction management software; experience with CMiC and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
