My client is a newly founded High-end Residential Builder offering a consultative approach to design and construction on projects big and small. Description

• Prepare and submit accurate, timely cost estimates for high-end residential construction projects, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Generate comprehensive proposals for prospective clients that detail the scope of work, cost estimates, and project timelines, with a focus on delivering high-end residential projects.
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials required, taking into account the specific requirements of luxury residential projects.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress, ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and maintain an open dialogue with clients about their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals within the IPD model to ensure the accuracy of estimates and project plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Provide regular reports on project costs and progress to the project team and management, offering transparency and collaboration.

Profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• 3+ years of experience in estimating and proposal generation for high-end residential construction projects.
• Problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable and confident in client-facing meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
