Senior HRIS Specialist | Workday | NYC
As a Senior HRIS Specialist, you will drive the management and optimization of the organization's HR systems, ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights. This role requires expertise in Workday and ability to work onsite in Midtown 3-4 days a week.

Description
- Administer and maintain Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to identify system needs and implement enhancements.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain system security protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to employees.
- Manage Workday updates, integrations, and testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and document procedures and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging HR technologies.

Profile
A successful Senior HRIS Specialist should have:
- A strong background in Workday, with expertise in Benefits module (required)
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting HR data to inform decisions.
- Experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Ability to work onsite in Midtown, Manhattan.
