HRIS Manager | New York, NY
The HRIS Manager is a critical role responsible for the management and optimization of the firm's Human Resources Information System, Workday. The ideal candidate will possess people management experience, Workday experience, and a strong understanding of HR processes and data, with the ability to create reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. The role is four days onsite in NYC with the ability to work from home one day a week.

Description
- Manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (Workday)
- Develop and deliver customized reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR team and other stakeholders to manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades and process improvements.
- Provide training to HR and other staff on system use and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and best practices.
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
- Manage and coach a team of four.

Profile
A successful HRIS Manager should have:
- People management experience (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Workday experience (required)
- Ability to work onsite 4 days a week, 1 from home.
- Knowledge of HR processes and data.
- Ability to lead Workday projects and system upgrades.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide training on system use and capabilities.
