Description

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager the Project Manager - Multifamily is responsible for:

• Oversee all phases of multifamily building and construction projects, from preconstruction to completion.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and resolve any issues.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, prepare progress reports, and manage project documentation.

• Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction project management.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
