Principal UX Designer
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure our products meet the needs of our users and align with business objectives.

Description
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Design user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and ensure that design solutions meet both user needs and business goals.
- Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback, identify issues, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
