Principal UX Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure our products meet the needs of our users and align with business objectives.

Description

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Design user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and ensure that design solutions meet both user needs and business goals.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback, identify issues, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
