My client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day construction operations of a significant multifamily wrap project consisting of two buildings and 338 units. This leadership role requires hands-on management of field activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities for Sr. Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in Tustin

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Lead and mentor the field team including foremen, subcontractors, and labor forces.

• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, inspections, and site operations to maintain efficient workflow.

• Collaborate closely with Project Management, vendors, and consultants to resolve issues proactively.

• Conduct daily site inspections and provide clear, timely reporting on progress and challenges.

• Maintain strong relationships with inspectors, city officials, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth approvals and inspections.

Profile

A successful candidate for Sr. Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in Tustin

• Minimum 10 years of building and construction field experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on multifamily projects (preferably wrap construction).

• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced, complex environment.

• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) a plus.

• Valid OSHA certifications and any relevant trade licenses preferred.

Job Offer

An offer for Sr. Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in Tustin

• Base Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 annually

• Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary, tied to project and individual performance
