• Oversee ground-up storage facility projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety compliance.
• Manage tilt-wall construction processes, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct on-site problem-solving to keep projects running efficiently.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality control are met at all stages.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in tilt-wall construction.
• Proven expertise in ground-up storage facility projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of South Florida building codes and regulations.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and project efficiency.
