Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including concrete restoration, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
• Coordinate buyouts, subcontracts, and purchase orders in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Work closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule adherence, safety, and quality standards.
• Handle subcontractor negotiations, scope reviews, change orders, and invoice approvals.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and lead project meetings.
• Ensure timely project closeout and collection of all final documentation and payments.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to recruiting efforts.
• Support business development by maintaining strong relationships with past and current clients.

Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Brings 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Possesses strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site and maintaining daily oversight of active job sites.
• Proactive, professional, and committed to fostering high morale within the project team.
