Construction Assistant Project Manager - Manhattan, NY

- Support Project Managers through all phases of commercial and corporate interior projects.
- Assist with schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and onsite teams.
- Track procurement and ensure materials align with construction schedules.
- Attend project meetings and help keep projects organized, compliant, and on track.
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Experience supporting commercial and/or corporate interior construction projects.
- Strong understanding of interior construction, finishes, and office build‑out workflows.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator who works well with both field and office teams.
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow into a full Project Manager role.
- Open to candidates with a recent construction management degree
