Description

  • Develop and implement investor relations strategies to strengthen engagement with stakeholders.
  • Ownership of due diligence questionnaires
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and press releases for investors.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to senior management.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, events, and presentations to promote transparency and communication.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and related documentation.
  • Assist with quarterly earnings calls and other investor communication initiatives.

Profile

A successful Investor Relations Associate should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of investor relations experience
  • Alternative investments experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build investor trust.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
