Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for drywall, metal framing, and related interior finishes.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine scope and materials.
• Work closely with general contractors, architects, and project managers to develop competitive bids.
• Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Assist in pre-construction planning and provide value engineering recommendations.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience estimating drywall and interior finishes.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, takeoffs, and material pricing.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as OST, PlanSwift, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
