Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - DC Metro
Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support multifamily construction projects in the Northern Virginia and DC Metro area. This role provides an opportunity to work with a highly experienced team, gain hands-on leadership experience, and contribute to high-quality, large-scale residential projects.

Description
Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day onsite construction activities.
Ensure project schedules are met by coordinating subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve construction issues.
Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and company standards.
Conduct daily reports and documentation of job progress.
Profile
2+ years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily or commercial projects.
Knowledge of wood-frame, concrete, and steel construction.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Experience with scheduling software and construction management tools is a plus.
Job Offer
Salary: $88,000 - $95,000
10-15% annual bonus
Car allowance (typically $400/month, varies by experience)
