• Maintain historical cost data and track market pricing trends.
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings to evaluate project conditions.
• Monitor bid outcomes and provide follow-up as needed.

Estimator - Commercial General Contractor - Charlotte, NC will be responsible for:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to assess scope and requirements.

Profile
Estimator - Commercial General Contractor - Charlotte, NC should have:
- 3+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry, ideally with a commercial general contractor
- Residential experience is not applicable for this role
- Experience with negotiated bids preferred
- 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study desired
- Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
- Construction software proficiency / general tech savvyness - Procore experience is a big plus
Job Offer
Estimator - Commercial General Contractor - Charlotte, NC will receive:
- Base salary $85K-$110K contingent on experience
- Annual bonus
- Vehicle allowance
