Description

Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with collections, client payment follow-ups, monitoring accounts receivable, managing e-billing issues, preparing collection reports, and collaborating closely with billing and accounting teams.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with at least 3 years of collections experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting, proficient in Excel and Word, detail-oriented, and strong in communication and organization.

Job Offer

A competitive salary of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
