Description
- Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to minimize risks on-site.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and any delays are addressed promptly.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, including schedule delays, design changes, or labor disputes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and any incidents or changes.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Budget Management: Assist in tracking project costs and budget adherence, working with project managers to ensure financial targets are met.
