Manufacturing Operations Director

The Manufacturing Operations Director will be resposnible for overseeing end-to-end production for their manufacturing plants. This includes implementing manufacturing practices, developing KPIs and achieving safety, growth and cost objectives!

Description

• Lead all aspects of Production for multiple manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulations and policies.
• Drive continuous improvements initiatives, participating in daily and weekly production planning meetings.
• minimize late orders due to any/all manufacturing delays, inventory discrepanies and rejections.
• Own all CAPAs for quality and safety related issues.
• Troubleshoot internal resources and facilitie-related issues.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering and/or related field.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, MRP Systems, Netsuite experience
• Team player - ability to communicate at all levels in their organization.
• Prior management experience is a plus!
