Description

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise all trade contractors on-site.
• Maintain project records, including daily logs, as-built drawings, and close-out documents.
• Attend job meetings, assist in resolving construction issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee project schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met or exceeded.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring a secure work environment.

Profile

• 10+ years of relevant supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Expertise in commercial and multi-family projects ranging from $1M to $25M.
• Strong proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage all project divisions effectively.
• OSHA 30 certification and a solid understanding of safety regulations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
