Construction Superintendent - New Haven, CT
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead diverse commercial and multi-family construction projects throughout Connecticut. With a robust pipeline of work through 2026, this role offers stability and the opportunity to make a long-term impact.

Description
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise all trade contractors on-site.
- Maintain project records, including daily logs, as-built drawings, and close-out documents.
- Attend job meetings, assist in resolving construction issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met or exceeded.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring a secure work environment.
Profile
- 10+ years of relevant supervisory experience in the construction industry.
- Expertise in commercial and multi-family projects ranging from $1M to $25M.
- Strong proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage all project divisions effectively.
- OSHA 30 certification and a solid understanding of safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
