Senior Program Manager- Injection Molding- Nashua, NH
The Senior Program Manager will take the lead on getting products from concept to production, making sure everything stays on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards

Description
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Take ownership of plastic part and tooling projects from kickoff through production, making sure everything stays on track
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and make sure the internal team delivers on expectations
- Coordinate daily with engineering, tooling, production, and quality to keep things moving smoothly
- Oversee mold builds, sample runs, and part approvals to ensure everything meets spec
- Troubleshoot issues around materials, tooling delays, or production constraints before they become problems
- Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates and clear communication
- Look for ways to reduce costs, improve lead times, and fine-tune processes throughout the project
- Make sure parts meet all quality and regulatory standards before they go out the door
Profile
The successful Senior Program Manager will be offered:
- 5+ years of experience working with plastic injection molding
- Proven success managing projects from tooling development through production launch
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Comfortable acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of mold design, design for manufacturability, and part validation processes
- Experience in fast-paced environments handling high-volume production and tight tolerances
