Description

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:

• Take ownership of plastic part and tooling projects from kickoff through production, making sure everything stays on track
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and make sure the internal team delivers on expectations
• Coordinate daily with engineering, tooling, production, and quality to keep things moving smoothly
• Oversee mold builds, sample runs, and part approvals to ensure everything meets spec
• Troubleshoot issues around materials, tooling delays, or production constraints before they become problems
• Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates and clear communication
• Look for ways to reduce costs, improve lead times, and fine-tune processes throughout the project
• Make sure parts meet all quality and regulatory standards before they go out the door

Profile

The successful Senior Program Manager will be offered:

• 5+ years of experience working with plastic injection molding
• Proven success managing projects from tooling development through production launch
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Comfortable acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of mold design, design for manufacturability, and part validation processes
• Experience in fast-paced environments handling high-volume production and tight tolerances
