Description
The Packaging Manager will:
- Develop and design packaging solutions that align with customer needs and application requirements.
- Lead project planning activities, ensuring clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and maintain a balance between quality and financial efficiency.
- Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop department staff while establishing standards, policies, and performance expectations

Profile
A successful Packaging Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience managing packaging operations, ideally within the liquid processing industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging equipment, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software, with solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
