We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a variety of exciting ground-up construction projects, including commercial and multi-family developments. As a Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery

They have established themselves as a leader in both commercial and multi-family construction and are poised for significant growth with multiple upcoming projects.
Description
- Lead and manage ground-up construction projects, both commercial and multi-family, as the Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and resolve any project issues.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure all projects comply with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the quality of construction work and ensure high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep all stakeholders updated on project progress and address any risks or challenges that arise.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this Project Manager role will have 5-7 years of experience managing ground-up construction projects, particularly in commercial and multi-family sectors. You should have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong desire to stay with the company for long-term growth and success.
