Description

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring manufacturing processes and equipment
• Identifying and implementing solutions to improve production efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control
• Conducting research and development of new technologies and methods
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Documenting all process changes and updates
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 8-10 years in mechanical design and manufacturing processes
• CNC Programming Experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, MasterCam, AutoCad, AutoDesk)
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and efficiency
