Project Manager - Healthcare - San Francisco
The Project Manager - HCAI/OSHPD will oversee construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring compliance with healthcare facility regulations and delivering quality results. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage timelines, budgets, and communication effectively.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee compliance with HCAI/OSHPD regulations and healthcare facility standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide leadership to the project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - HCAI/OSHPD should have:
