Estimator - Nashville
The Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and market conditions. The Estimator leads complex bids, collaborates with project teams and stakeholders, and ensures competitive pricing strategies that align with company goals.

Description
- Prepare comprehensive budgets and cost estimates for construction projects based on detailed analysis of plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, and subcontractors to gather accurate data and ensure alignment with project scope.
- Review and assess subcontractor and supplier proposals to confirm value and compliance with project requirements.
- Track and report project costs throughout the lifecycle, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Stay current with market pricing, material trends, and industry developments to inform estimates.
- Ensure all cost-related activities adhere to local codes, regulations, and company standards.
Profile
- Extensive experience overseeing end-to-end delivery of major commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- In-depth understanding of construction practices, cost control, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing client expectations and resolving project challenges.
- Adept at identifying potential risks early and implementing strategic solutions to minimize impact.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Holds a relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is advantageous.
