Senior Multifamily Superintendent (Wood Frame)
We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Superintendent to lead a large-scale ground-up multifamily project in Madison, NJ. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take charge of a project from excavation through completion.

Description
Project Management: Lead the on-site execution of a 200+ unit wood-frame multifamily project from ground-up through delivery
Quality Control: Oversee daily operations, including site logistics, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the project team: Assistant Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, and APM
Schedule Management: Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
Safety compliance: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, with strict adherence to safety protocols
Documentation: Leverage construction management software and digital tools to track project progress, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
Profile
10-15 years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction, with proven leadership on wood-frame projects over 100 units
Demonstrated ability to 'own' a site - a confident, take-charge professional who thrives in leadership roles
Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Committed to delivering quality construction safely, efficiently, and with a team-first mentality
Driven and ready to lead more large-scale work on future projects
Job Offer
Competitive base salary: up to 185K (depending on experience)
