Join a dynamic and high-performing real estate development team based in Miami, where luxury, innovation, and vision come together to shape some of South Florida's most exciting residential and mixed-use projects. Seeking a Development Associate who will work closely with the Senior Development Manager to help drive complex real estate projects from concept through completion. This is a hands-on role for a driven individual looking to make a real impact on high-value developments in one of Miami's most desirable markets.
Description
Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to assemble all documents necessary for entitlements and permitting
Assist with underwriting of existing assets and acquisitions; support financial modeling with acquisitions teams
Participate in defining project scope, budget, and design requirements with internal stakeholders
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution strategies
Identify project risks and help create contingency and mitigation plans
Assist in selecting and managing design teams and ensuring timely development of drawings and design documents
Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets; report on progress and variances
Maintain development schedules for both internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, construction, legal, marketing, finance, and accounting teams
Support project cost management and monthly development reporting
Run and oversee consultant meetings, maintain detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in branding and marketing coordination, permitting, and legal negotiations
Manage consultant contracts and ensure compliance with deliverables
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in real estate development or architecture
Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam
Highly organized with strong communication and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
