Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage projects in Vancouver, WA. This role includes planning, coordinating, and executing projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong background in commercial or residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Description
Project Planning & Execution:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Develop detailed project schedules and work plans to meet deadlines.
Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges and delays.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
Track and control project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead construction meetings, site visits, and progress reports.
Ensure a collaborative and productive work environment with clear communication.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
Address client concerns and ensure project expectations are met.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including city officials and inspectors.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies on all job sites.
Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.
Ensure all team members and subcontractors follow proper safety procedures.
Profile
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering mid-to-large-scale commercial projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
