Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on healthcare construction sites in Boston.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met while adhering to budget constraints.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams effectively.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and clients.
