Finance Manager

This role will be responsible for the build out of a new team under a large international account that was recently just acquired for the company. They will be overseeing the leadership of a team of 4+ accountants, handling budgeting & forecasting, and FP&A responsibilities for their business unit.

My client is an internationally renowned catering company that works in partnership with airlines and airports across the globe. They are looking to build out an entire new business line to accommodate for a large account they recently acquired and will be providing incredible opportunities to the incoming team.

Description

• Consolidate the annual budget of the different business units
• Oversees and leads finance team and their functions
• Ensure vendors are paid, budgets are balanced and financial matters are in order
• Guarantee the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports used by management for analysis
• Preparing department account analysis reports, as well as providing forecasting and cost modeling analysis, and recommending strategies for cost efficiencies to senior management
• Manage cash flow
• Provide support in special projects defined by the CFO.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Profile

• 8+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing, F&B preferred
• 4+ years of team management experience preferred
• CPA ++, Public/Private mix +
• Willingness to take initiative and lead while still being hands on
