Description
- Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Profile
- A strong background in construction management within the property industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage industrial construction projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- The ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $165,000 per year.
