- Leadground‑uphyperscale or largecolocation data center builds across rotating U.S. project locations.
- Direct on‑site project execution, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, owners, and field teams to maintain costs, safety, and quality targets.
- Oversee reporting, document control, and progress tracking with precision.
- Act as the primary on‑site decision maker ensuring each project hits milestones and stays ahead of risk.
Profile
- Strong background inlarge‑scale commercial ormission‑critical construction.
- Proven ability to command job sites, manage schedules, and drive accountability.
- Comfortable with heavy travel (Monday-Friday onsite).
- Sharp communicator with the ability to manage owners, engineers, and field crews.
