We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to manage both healthcare and commercial construction projects in Westchester, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Description

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of both healthcare and commercial construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for healthcare and commercial buildings.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site labor to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain and update project schedules, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that work progresses smoothly and efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and quality checks to ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent, with both healthcare and commercial project experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and commercial construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site operations effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and project management software.
