Description

The Program Manager's responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes
• Oversee budget and resource allocation
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
• Monitor project performance and make necessary corrections
• Provide project updates and reports to senior management

Profile

A successful 'Program Manager' should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• 3+ years of experience with an engineering background
• Defense programs experience a plus!
