Client Details

A top-ranked Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support our dynamic Legal Recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior professional with at least one year of relevant experience to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the recruitment and on boarding of top legal talent.

Description

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for all aspects of attorney recruiting, including on-campus interviews (OCI), callback interviews, summer associate programs, and lateral hiring.

  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain recruiting databases (e.g., LawCruit, viRecruit, or similar ATS).

  • Assist with event planning and execution for on-campus recruiting, summer associate events, and lateral attorney events (both virtual and in-person).

  • Prepare offer letters, candidate packets, correspondence, and other recruiting materials as needed.

  • Maintain candidate records and update tracking reports to ensure accurate, real-time data.

  • Communicate professionally with candidates, law schools, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires and summer associates, including welcome materials, orientation sessions, and HR coordination.

  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives related to attorney recruitment.

  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, expense reimbursements, invoice processing, and document preparation.

  • Take initiative in identifying process improvements and best practices within the recruiting function.

Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal recruiting, HR, or law firm administration (law firm or professional services experience preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with applicant tracking systems a plus.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Job Offer

  • Highly desirable hourly rate + overtime eligible
