Project Manager - Ground-Up Projects $100M+
The Project Manager - Ground-Up Projects $100M+ will oversee and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires expertise in construction project management and the ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality results.

Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Planing, coordinate, and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects valued at $100M+.
- Developing and manage project budgets, schedules, and scope while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Leading project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure project success.
- Monitoring project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Addressing and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Ground-Up Projects $100M+ should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- A strong background in construction project management, particularly in ground-up projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to track budgets and schedules.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the construction industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
