Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Planing, coordinate, and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects valued at $100M+.
• Developing and manage project budgets, schedules, and scope while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Leading project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure project success.
• Monitoring project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Addressing and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Ground-Up Projects $100M+ should have:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• A strong background in construction project management, particularly in ground-up projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to track budgets and schedules.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the construction industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
