Temp - Loan Workouts Analyst
Manage and optimize distressed loan portfolios, driving financial recovery through strategic workouts and restructuring. Contribute to the bank's success by applying expertise in credit analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving to achieve favorable outcomes.

Description This role centers on managing non-performing loans and offering comprehensive support for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Primary responsibilities involve overseeing and addressing credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and challenges related to loan workouts. Key tasks include formulating action plans for non-performing loans, reviewing financial reports, preparing risk evaluations, conducting market analyses, and carrying out risk assessments. Additionally, the position requires regular communication and coordination with the Head Office to align risk management efforts and enforce directives.
Key Responsibilities and Time Allocation:
Serve as the account officer for four non-performing loan accounts.
Develop tailored action plans for each assigned account.
Gather and analyze financial data for all assigned non-performing loan accounts.
Assist supervisors or department heads in reserve calculations.
Contribute to the preparation of the Quarterly Loan Workout Report.
Help prepare reports requested by the Head Office.
Conduct research on market conditions, industry trends, and key business indicators.
Assist in addressing risk management issues identified by the Head Office and liaise accordingly.
Profile
Work Experience:
At least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Ability to identify problems, collect and analyze data, and draw sound conclusions.
Competence in calculating figures such as percentages, discounts, and proportions.
Job Offer
Hourly rate of $25-$55/hr, depending on experience. Health benefits offered. Role may be extended or convert into a permanent role.
