Description

The Project Scheduler - Community/Commercial Construction - DC will be responsible for:

  • Creating and developing fully resource-loaded CPM schedules.
  • Performing regular updates and maintenance on schedules according to client contract requirements.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff on effective schedule management practices.
  • Developing checklists for reviewing schedule baselines and updates.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on construction schedules from third parties and subcontractors.
  • Collaborating with third-party schedulers to effectively address review comments.
  • Generating narrative reports for project schedules and any supporting documentation as needed.

Profile

The Project Scheduler - Community/Commercial Construction - DC will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3 years of successful experience in CPM scheduling for construction projects using Primavera Scheduling Software.
  • Strong understanding of schedule delay principles and techniques, with proficiency in the Critical Path Method.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all design stages

Job Offer

The Project Scheduler - Community/Commercial Construction - DC will receive:

  • Base salary of $80-105k (depending on experience)
  • Bonus potential of up to 10%
