Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of public sector construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams to successfully manage all phases from preconstruction through closeout.

Description

• Manage Public Works construction projects from award through completion
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with all Public Works requirements, including prevailing wage and reporting
• Lead project meetings with municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project plans
• Maintain strong communication across field and office teams
• Drive project performance, quality control, and client satisfaction

Profile

• Experience as a Project Manager in commercial or civil construction
• Proven experience delivering Public Works projects (city, county, state, or federal)
• Strong knowledge of public bidding, contract requirements, and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
