Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple business functions.

• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.

• Ensure a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience that reflects values and the employer brand.

• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through a mix of sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, employee referrals, and recruitment marketing.

• Leverage recruitment metrics and market insights to influence decisions and continuously improve hiring processes.

• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and ensure adherence to hiring policies, data privacy, and employment laws.

• Strategic and proactive recruiter with a proven track record of delivering high-quality talent in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, able to confidently partner with senior stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
