Talent Acquisition Operations
This role involves coordinating high-volume interview scheduling, processing contracts and internal transfers, managing onboarding, and maintaining accurate applicant tracking in Workday, with a strong focus on legal compliance across multiple regions. It also requires cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving within core HR processes, and contributing to strategic projects while upholding company culture and delivering exceptional client support.

Description
Managing a high volume of interview scheduling, working closely with candidates and internal teams to align availability, secure meeting spaces or video links, and ensure timely communication through planners and confirmation emails.
Overseeing the post-offer, pre-hire process, implementing onboarding activities, conducting necessary pre-employment checks, and escalating issues when needed.
Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other trackers, while understanding and supporting the overall recruitment workflow.
Building strong relationships and working closely with internal teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Legal, Finance, and others to ensure smooth issue resolution and process execution.
Identifying and driving process enhancements to improve efficiency and the overall candidate and stakeholder experience.
Profile
The most successful candidate for this role is an organized, detail-oriented HR professional with a proven track record of managing complex, high-volume processes across multiple regions. They are highly skilled in interview coordination, contract generation, and onboarding, with a deep understanding of HR systems like Workday and strong knowledge of regional legal and compliance requirements.
