Lead Project Manager - Construction

- Job Locations: All projects within 90 minutes of Madison

Description
- Lead all phases of construction projects, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet key milestones.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct site visits to oversee progress, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Deliver detailed project reports, including financials, updates, and risk assessments, to stakeholders.
- Mentor project teams, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment.
- Identify and mitigate risks while implementing proactive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and trends to enhance project outcomes.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven success in managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and safety practices.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- PMP certification is a plus.
