Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Leading multifamily projects from start through completion

Profile
Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte should have:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of construction-related project management experience with a general contractor.
- A proven track record of running commercial or multifamily projects $15M+
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
- Applicable software knowledge
- Ability to organize, think ahead, plan and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
